When you subscribe to an update list. Your email address, until you unsubscribe.
When you visit this website. Aggregate, non-identifying usage statistics — pages viewed, referring site, approximate country. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not build a profile of you.
When you become a customer. Billing details necessary to issue an invoice and meet Indian tax and accounting obligations.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent personal data.
- We do not share it with anyone except the service providers listed below.
- We do not use it to train machine-learning models.
- We do not name you as a client without your written permission.

Material you share during a review — source code, architecture documents, configuration — is treated as confidential. It is used only to perform the engagement, is not shared, and is deleted on request when the engagement ends.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become engagements: up to 24 months. Engagement records and invoices: as long as Indian tax and company law requires. Mailing list: until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for a particular purpose. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
We limit access to personal data to those who need it, use encrypted transport, and store credentials in managed secret storage rather than in code or configuration files.
